More Updates

As I try and find stuff to do today, I will be writing all the entries I have missed. In the meantime of writing this tho, I got to unpack, do laundry, change, rip-off calendar sheets, make bed, clean room, and whatever else I can think of. Maybe DAH if I have the time.

Itinerary for camp:
Reveille: 715am
Flag Raising: 745 am
Breakfast: 8am
Classes (for scouts, we as leaders do nothing during this time): 915am, 1015am, and 1115am
Lunch: 1230pm
Siesta: 1pm
Activity 1: 215pm
Activity 2: 315pm
Free Swim: 415pm
Flag Lowering: 545pm
Dinner: 6pm
Activity 3: 7pm
Activity 4: 8pm
Taps: 930pm
Lights out (no one obeys this, but its quiet time): 10pm

Wednesday, July 20- Woke up. Had breakfast. Finished packing for camp. Mike was coming to get me for 1045am. My dad and I started watching Season 2 of 24. We got 3 episodes in. I wanted to finish watching the third episode so I had Mike come in and watch it too. We finished at 1115am. We left for camp shortly after. At around 945am though, I got a phone call from Mr. Lee. He was at camp. He was wondering why we werent up there yet. He told us early, but he didn't say how early. He told me that he told us he wanted Mike and I up there for 6am. That means we would have had to leave by 515am. That also means that I would have had to get up at least 415am. Mike and I did not hear him say 6am, but he insisted to no end that he did say 6. We got up to camp around noon. Boy, was Mr. Lee mad. Mike ratted me out when he told Mr. Lee that I wanted to finish watching 24. I told Mike in a joking way, Thanks a lot asshole! We then had lunch at 1230pm. It was some form or pork ribs or something. It wasnt good. We then had siesta. A time to relax and unpack. Then We had to go to the first activity for the day: greased watermelon. I scored 3 goals in 5 minutes. This was gonna be a long game. For the whole game, whenever people tried grabbing the watermelon from me, I dragged them, with the watermelon, into the goal. My team, which was made up of me, Sam, Chris, Murphy, and Garrett, won 18-1. Yeh, We killed them. The only time the other team scored, was when I sat out with Mark. Jason tried drowning Mark, so I sat out with him so he didnt feel bad and to make sure he was ok. I almost punched Jason in the face. He was choking me on purpose. He does things like this to piss people off. And boy, does it ever. After that we had Troop swim as an activity. That means you get to do whatever in the water. We swam out to the dock that has a 12ft to the bottom section. It was fun. We also had to put in a bench for community service. That took a loooooooooong time. Free swim I sat around and slept for a while. Dinner was a luah, if I spelled that right. It was good. We missed the night activities cuz we had to clean up the dishes from a previous campout. At night, the little guys went to bed and then the older guys got to go to bed later. We saw a skunk. He was roaming around under Ryans tent. It was funny. Mr. Lee and I were the last to go to bed. Leaders get to go to bed any time they want. We put the fire out at 1230am or so. I went to my tent and I couldnt sleep. I was restless all night. :'(
